What you’ll do?

The Audio-Visual Commissioner will oversee the acquisition, development, and integration of high-quality audio-visual content for the company’s IT platforms. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of innovative multimedia solutions that enhance user engagement and support business objectives. This role will be a mixture of presales work, project commissioning and ideally also include an element of programming.

• Lead presales activities by collaborating with sales teams to identify client needs and propose tailored audio-visual solutions.
• Oversee the commissioning of audio-visual projects, ensuring seamless integration of content, hardware, and software.
• Work closely with project teams to manage timelines, budgets, and resources for successful delivery of multimedia solutions.
• Develop and implement programming strategies for custom audio-visual systems, ensuring functionality and performance meet client specifications.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to source and implement cutting-edge technology solutions.

What you’ll bring?

• Previous experience in an Audio-Visual Commissioner or similar role - past experience as an AV installer or service technician is highly desirable. 
• Extensive experience designing AV systems and dealing with end users on-site. 
• A background or experience working with customers to customise their user experience.
• Experience working on control solutions such as Crestron and QSC.

What else do you need to apply?

• Travel on-site to our office in Marleston or Notting Hill and client sites. This role has the potential to be based out of either South Australia or Victoria.
• Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.

Compnow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check as well as a new or updated state-based Working With Children Check.
