What you’ll do?
The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for overseeing all of our Managed Services Agreements (MSAs) across the business. They are crucial in ensuring that we are delivering on our commitments to clients by providing high-quality technical solutions and maintaining system performance and reliability.
- Oversee and manage all Managed Services Agreements (MSAs) across the business.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality technical solutions and exceptional service to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Work closely with clients to manage expectations and identify shortfalls and areas of improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the business.
What you’ll bring?
- Multiple years' experience in a Senior Systems Engineer or similar position.
- Solid experience across a range of different vertical technologies within the Windows, Apple and networking space.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review an agreement, understand what's required and make proactive improvements.
- Solid communication and relationship building skills and willingness to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Sound analytical skills and previous experience reporting on a national scale.
What else do you need to apply?

- Travel on-site to our office in Notting Hill, client sites and working remotely. Travel is part of the role, as they will be reviewing MSA's Nationally and uncovering new opportunities as part of the role.
- Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
Compnow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check as well as a new or updated state-based Working With Children Check.
