What you’ll do?
The Apple Systems Engineer is responsible for handling various support tickets, attending regular visits for high value managed service and prepaid support engagements. Delivering project engineering services and managing our clients IT needs end to end, the Apple Systems Engineer role is pivotal in the daily operations of our clients' services.
- Provide services across multiple vendors and vertical technologies delivering excellence in Windows and/or Apple focused technology services.
- Manage end point software installation and licensing, and end user device setup and transfer.
- Provide general application support, advanced troubleshooting of network connectivity issues, user account creations and deletions, create file sharing connections.
- Documenting time and technical information into our ticketing systems and client information tools.
What you’ll bring?
- Previous experience in a Systems Engineer or similar role - MSP experience is highly desirable.
- Extensive JAMF experience - application packaging, implementation from scratch and experience with JAMF Connect and Protect.
- Ability to edit and use scripts within Apple environments.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (Apple based technologies).
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
