What you’ll do?
The Project & Deployment Administrator role is responsible for is facilitating the gathering and recording of information from customers, coordinating deployment bookings and acting as a contact point for customers.
- Liaise with team leaders, deployment technicians and customers to create, cancel and reschedule calendar appointments.
- Maintain detailed notes in ServiceNow to ensure that the status of a ticket, customer requirements, the associated hardware and logistical activities are clearly defined and up to date.
- Input to weekly and monthly operational reports to management, as well as adhoc reporting where required.
- Working closely with the Inside Sales team on specific orders and dealing with Service Delivery Managers regarding escalations.
- Maximise staff utilisation in the standard workday by identifying and leveraging logistical efficiencies.
What you’ll bring?
- Previous experience in a customer service, administration or coordinator role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Passion for IT and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong professional attitude and conduct, with a high attention to detail.
What else do you need to apply?
- Travel on-site to our office in Notting Hill and client sites.
- Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions
