What you’ll do?
The Onsite Service Technician is responsible for providing technical support, perform equipment maintenance, and troubleshoot issues across a range of different vertical technologies. You’ll be the face of our service team at our client's site, ensuring high‑quality workmanship, clear communication, and a positive customer experience.
- Assist with daily help desk oversight and coordination of repair activities.
- Monitoring and responding to alerts, as well as device imaging and deployment using Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune.
- Supporting network upgrades, system improvements and overall vendor engagement.
- Diagnose, analyse, and resolve technical issues using structured troubleshooting processes.
- Communicate clearly with end users regarding issue status, resolution timelines, and next steps.
What you’ll bring?
- Previous experience in an Onsite Technician or similar role.
- Exposure to break-fix repairs, particularly with Apple devices.
- Solid troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team-based environment.
What else do you need to apply?
- Travel on-site to our client's site in Geelong.
- Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions
