What you’ll do?
Your role as a Customer Service Representative will primarily involve providing sales support to our clients. The Inside Sales department are responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Sales team, enabling them to focus on selling IT products and services to clients. You will provide high level internal sales support to a portfolio of diverse accounts at Compnow.
- Creating and issuing quotes for our customers in a timely manner.
- Converting approved quotes into orders and keeping the process running smoothly.
- Sourcing IT products, mostly from existing/approved distributors.
- Collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and seamless end-to-end process.
- Providing clear ETA updates and keeping our end users informed along the way.
What you’ll bring?
- Previous experience working in the IT industry will be highly regarded.
- Excellent customer service skills with a problem solving mindset.
- Love working in a timely manner and your keen eye for detail is first class.
- Experience working with Pronto ERP, ServiceNow and Microsoft O365 is desirable.
- Passionate to learn new technology and develop your skills.
What else do you need to apply?
- Start within a 4-week time frame, ideally.
- Travel on-site to our office in Marleston.
- Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
