What you’ll do?
We are seeking some enthusiastic Systems Engineers to provide technical support across our client's environments. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy resolving complex IT issues, delivering high-quality customer service, and working effectively in a fast-paced support setting. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, vendors, and technical specialists to deliver reliable, responsive frontline support and ensure strong outcomes for our clients.
- Providing advanced end-user support for incidents escalated from Level 1.
- Troubleshooting operating system issues, software conflicts, hardware faults, and complex connectivity problems.
- Monitoring system performance, identifying issues, and implementing or escalating remediation actions to maintain stability.
- Assisting with network-related troubleshooting and basic configuration under direction from senior engineers
- Managing day-to-day MDM operations, including profile updates, application assignments, and compliance monitoring.
- Troubleshooting enrolment issues, profile conflicts, and failed application deployments.
What you’ll bring?
- Demonstrated experience in a Level 1/2 Engineer Position or similar - service desk or internal IT support role is highly desirable.
- Previous experience across a wide range of vertical technologies, including Windows/Mac or MDM systems such as Intune or JAMF.
- Hands-on tinkering mindset with a strong passion for IT and supporting customers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What else do you need to apply?
- Travel on-site to our client's office in Sydney.
- Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
