What you’ll do?
The Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue and optimising the resale of pre-owned IT equipment. You’ll lead both inbound and outbound sales streams, managing the full lifecycle of assets from acquisition through to remarketing—while building strong relationships across a diverse buyer network.
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll work closely with operations, logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth asset flow, maximise margins and support broader sustainability initiatives.
- Lead, mentor and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets, fostering a high‑performance and accountable sales culture.
- Set clear sales objectives, monitor individual and team performance, and implement coaching and improvement plans to drive consistent results.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for refurbished and reusable IT assets.
- Manage relationships with wholesale buyers, brokers, resellers and end‑user customers.
- Conduct market research to determine pricing, demand trends and competitive positioning.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, from asset availability through to negotiation and final sale.
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics and refurbishment teams to ensure timely product readiness.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts and reporting to support business planning.
- Ensure all resale activities comply with sustainability, data security and quality standards.
- Identify new sales channels, partnerships and opportunities to expand reuse markets.
- Monitor product quality and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Support the development of marketing materials, product listings and promotional campaigns.
- Contribute to circular economy initiatives by maximising reuse outcomes and minimising waste.
What you’ll bring?

Previous experience in a Sales Manager or similar role within the IT space. Strong understanding of ITAD process and experience working with enterprise, end-user or networking equipment resale markets is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing commercial negotiations.
- Experience collaborating with operational teams such as warehouse, logistics, or technical refurbishment.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to analyse market data and develop competitive pricing strategies.
- Adaptable and proactive, able to thrive in a dynamic and evolving market environment.
What else do you need to apply?
- Travel on-site to our office in Notting Hill and to client sites.
- Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
