What you’ll do?

We are looking for a Systems Engineer with strong Microsoft endpoint management capability to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a managed services environment and enjoys supporting multiple customers rather than working in a single internal environment.

You will bring deep capability across Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and modern device management, while also being comfortable supporting Apple devices and mixed-platform environments. Experience with Jamf Pro is highly regarded, however the focus of this role is delivering secure, scalable endpoint management outcomes across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android environments.

• Design, implement and support Microsoft Intune environments across multiple customer fleets.
• Build and refine modern device enrolment and provisioning workflows, including Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager integrations.
• Manage device compliance, application deployment, configuration policies and endpoint security controls through Intune.
• Support Apple device management across macOS, iOS and iPadOS, including environments leveraging Intune and Jamf Pro.
• Administer identity and access requirements across Entra ID, Hybrid AD, on-premises AD, Microsoft 365, MFA and Conditional Access.
• Package and deploy applications and configurations across Windows and Apple devices at scale.
• Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 incidents while maintaining clear documentation and high service standards.
• Work within ConnectWise Manage to manage tickets, time entries, scheduling updates and customer records.
• Contribute to project delivery, technical improvement initiatives and customer-facing discussions where deeper engineering expertise is required.

What you’ll bring?

• Proven experience in an MSP environment, supporting multiple customers under SLA.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, including device enrolment, compliance policies, application deployment, configuration profiles and endpoint security.
• Experience managing Entra ID, Hybrid AD, on-premises AD and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong understanding of MFA, Conditional Access and modern identity management practices.
• Experience supporting and managing Apple devices (macOS, iOS and iPadOS), including Apple Business Manager and automated enrolment workflows.
• Experience with Jamf Pro and Jamf Connect is highly regarded but not essential.
• Willingness to manage Apple environments through Intune and support hybrid endpoint management strategies.
• Working familiarity with Windows Server in hybrid customer environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and customer communication skills.

What else do you need to apply?
