What you’ll do?

The HP Print Sales Specialist is responsible for driving growth, engagement, and market development across Compnow's print portfolio. This role acts as the internal subject matter expert for print solutions, supporting BDMs, engaging directly with customers, and strengthening strategic relationships with HP.

The role serves as the central point of coordination between customers, vendors, and internal sales teams, helping identify opportunities, develop print strategies, and progress deals through the sales cycle. The HP Print Sales Specialist focuses on commercial outcomes, stakeholder engagement, and opportunity development rather than end-to-end technical implementation.

  • Act as the primary print specialist within the sales team and the first point of contact for print-related opportunities.
  • Support BDMs and Account Managers with print strategy, solution positioning, and customer engagement activities.
  • Drive revenue growth and margin improvement across Compnow's print portfolio.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and become a key advisor on print-related solutions and services.
  • Identify, develop, and progress new print opportunities across corporate, education, and government customers.
  • Deliver sales enablement activities and informal training sessions to improve internal awareness and capability across the print portfolio.
  • Provide guidance and support on quotes, proposals, pricing models, and solution documentation where required.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records including pipeline activity, forecasting, opportunity progression, and customer interactions.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, vendor programs, and market developments within the print sector.

What you’ll bring?

  • Experience within the print industry, managed print services, document solutions, office technology, or a similar sales-focused environment.
  • A proven ability to support sales teams, identify opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset, enabling you to uncover customer needs and create value-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • The ability to work independently, take ownership of outcomes, and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across multiple business functions.
  • Professionalism, accountability, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What else do you need to apply?

  • Travel on-site to our office in Notting Hill and to client sites.
  • Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.

Compnow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check as well as a new or updated state-based Working With Children Check.

We are dedicated to a welcoming, inclusive and diverse workplace for everyone - built on merit, great work, ethics and character. And finally – have you made it this far and don’t meet every single requirement? Don’t count yourself out just yet – you may be exactly the person we are looking for and encourage your application.

All submissions will be treated with the strictest confidence. No phone, email, or agency requests. We are a 2026 Circle Back Initiative Employer – we commit to respond to every applicant.
