What you’ll do?
We are seeking a
knowledgeable and organised Lead Deployment Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide day-to-day leadership across deployment activities, supporting technicians, coordinating work, and helping ensure consistently high-quality outcomes. You will act as an escalation point while driving efficiency, quality and continuous improvement across deployment services.
- Lead by example and support technicians in delivering deployment activities to a high standard.
- Coordinate and organise deployment workloads to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Act as an escalation point for complex deployment and device configuration issues.
- Maintain deployment documentation and ensure processes are followed consistently.

ollaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment outcomes.
What you’ll bring?
- Currently studying or completed a Certificate or higher course related to Information Technology.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and support teams.
- Proven experience in device deployment, endpoint support, technical services or similar IT environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong professional attitude and conduct and ability to work well within a team.
What else do you need to apply?
- Travel on-site to our client sites in Melbourne.
- Must be an Australian resident available to work full time hours without restrictions.
