What you’ll do?

As a Circular IT Sales Specialist, you'll play a key role in maximising the value of refurbished and pre-owned technology. Working closely with operations, procurement, sales teams, and external buyers, you'll assess technology assets, identify resale opportunities, build buyer relationships, and help drive inventory turnover and profitability.

  • Review and assess processed IT equipment to determine resale suitability and maximise recovery value.
  • Evaluate device condition, specifications, and market demand to establish pricing and sales strategies.
  • Create and manage inventory lots and batches to optimise sales outcomes.
  • Prepare inventory listings, sales opportunities, and tender documentation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing buyers while identifying new sales channels and market opportunities.
  • Work closely with operational teams to improve recovery outcomes and inventory performance.

What you’ll bring?

  • Experience working with IT equipment, inventory management, refurbishment, recycling, warehousing, resale, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of technology hardware including laptops, desktops, tablets, phones, servers, and networking equipment.
  • Ability to assess equipment specifications, condition, market value, and resale potential.
  • Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of margins, profitability, and inventory turnover.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships with buyers and stakeholders.

What else do you need to apply?

  • Travel on-site to our office in Mordialloc. 
  • Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions

A Tech will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check as well as a new or updated state-based Working with Children Check.
