What you'll do?

As our Events Coordinator, you’ll plan and deliver memorable customer, partner, industry and internal events that support Compnow’s marketing and business objectives. Working with the Events Manager, Marketing, Sales, Vendor Partners and external suppliers, you’ll coordinate every detail from initial planning and attendee registration through to onsite delivery and post-event reporting. This role suits an organised, creative and customer-focused coordinator who enjoys variety, builds trusted relationships and stays composed when plans change.

• Coordinate customer, partner, industry, community and internal events across national operations.
• Manage event logistics, including venues, catering, travel, accommodation, audio-visual equipment, signage and suppliers.
• Manage invitations, registrations, confirmations, dietary requirements and attendee communications.
• Coordinate event branding, merchandise, name badges, presentations, collateral and promotional materials.
• Support onsite event delivery and create a professional, engaging attendee experience.
• Maintain accurate event, attendee, supplier and lead information and distribute leads to Sales following events.
• Prepare post-event reports covering attendance, engagement, expenditure, feedback, leads and outcomes.

What you'll bring?

• Experience coordinating corporate, customer, partner, conference, trade show, national, virtual or hybrid events.
• A relevant qualification or certification in events, marketing, communications, business, hospitality or project coordination.
• Experience coordinating events from initial planning through to delivery and post-event evaluation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed when plans or priorities change.
• Confident stakeholder and supplier management skills, supported by clear written and verbal communication.

What else do you need to apply?

• Travel on-site to our office in Notting Hill and work in a hybrid capacity.
• Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.

Compnow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check as well as a new or updated state-based Working With Children Check.
