What you’ll do?

The Systems Engineer is responsible for being the point of the escalation for tickets, guide and up skill other engineers, take proactive measures and provide solutions for high value managed service and prepaid support customers. 

• Provide services across multiple vendors and vertical technologies delivering excellence in Windows and/or Apple focused technology services.
• Provide general application support, basic troubleshooting of network connectivity issues, user account creations and deletions, create file sharing connections.
• Manage end point software installation and licensing, and end user device setup and transfer.
• Documenting time and technical information into our ticketing systems and client information tools 

What you’ll bring?

• 4+ years’ experience in a Systems Engineer role or similar position.
• Proven track record of working with various technologies/vendors.
• Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills with key stakeholders.
• Team player that is able to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment. 

Desired technical skills and capabilities: 

• Level 3 experience in troubleshooting Windows and MacOS. Experience in an Education environment is preferred. 
• 3+ years’ experience in Intune. Experience around networking and security is highly desirable. 
• Experience with cloud identity providers (Azure, Okta, Google Cloud, etc).
• Passionate about everything IT - strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
